HCAAA GIS Project
For this project, I was tasked with researching, organizing, and producing a series of GIS-assisted maps for the Harris County Area Agency of Aging to get a better comprehension of where and how Harris County's elderly demographic is geographically spread. The purpose of each of these maps is to help accurately visualize areas this organization should focus on, a means to more efficient and effective rationing of resources meant for these populations during crises.

Texas Healthcare Association GIS Project
THA GIS Project
For this project, I was tasked with researching, organizing, and producing a series of GIS-assisted maps for Texas Healthcare Association to receive a better view of how current Mental Health Hospitals are currently dispersed throughout the state. The purpose of the maps is to help visualize areas that are currently lacking a mental health facility but are have characteristics indicating they would benefit from the establishment of one.

Meadowbrook Country Day Camp Volunteer GIS Project
MCDC GIS Project
This GIS project was actually some volunteer work I decided to create for the summer camp I attended as a kid and worked at for the past 3 summers. I wanted more real-world application for these skills, so I asked my former boss about the camp's current business needs and this report was the result. It's a simple population analysis of the area surrounding the camp allowing for insight to be made about current market size and average travel times per camper. The data used was gathered from the 2016 ACS created by the US Census Bureau.

Papa John's Brand Repositioning Strategy
Papa John's Repositioning Deck
For this project, my team members and I outlined a brand repositioning strategy for Papa John's Pizza centered around its former CEO's comments on race.

The plan considers industry competition, customer base, and feelings of current franchise owners. The strategy involves research into potential partnerships for the company to make, thumbnail previews for future ad copies, as well as a perceptual map of where the company should aim to be.

Sun Basket Campaign Strategy
Sun Basket Campaign Strategy
For this project, my team members and I outlined a campaign strategy for the Sun Basket meal delivery service.

The strategy relies on both online research as well as self-conducted customer surveys and user observations.
​
The the strategy includes a contemporary look at the current meal kit landscape, and subsequently a strategy that accounts for Sun Basket's current brand position. Included in the strategy are personas of the target market, the most effective means of reaching them, as well as a creative briefing.

TopGolf International Expansion Strategy

For this project, my team members and I outlined an international business expansion plan for TopGolf Entertainment.

The plan revolved around expanding to 4 global cities: Johannesburg, Dublin, Seoul, and Tokyo. Each city was specifically chosen with consideration of their golf-friendly populace, business friendly atmosphere, as well as culture.
